Mixers on Mile

Quarterly the Golden Mile Alliance holds Business Mixers at various establishments on the Mile. The Mixer provides the opportunity for the Golden Mile Business owners and representatives to come together and learn about the Golden Mile Alliance, exchange business cards with other business owners or representatives, and exchange ideas.  Check our calendar for the next Mixer.

Minority Business Vision Program

• With the fastest growing Asian and Hispanic populations in Maryland, the Frederick County Minority Business Vision was established in 2015.  The  The Golden Mile Alliance is proud of our diverse community and the international essence our community brings to the Golden Mile and has partnered with the Frederick County Office of Economic Development, financial institutions, and local colleges o create a spirit of diversity and entrepreneurship that is alive and well on Golden Mile.  The Frederick County Office of Economic Development (OED) has created a program that aims to inspire, develop and grow future minority business leader of Frederick County. GMA Volunteer Opportunities

• The best way for a community to thrive is for its residents to get involved. We depend on  amazing volunteers who are passionate about the Golden Mile. GMA volunteers have fond family memories of activities associated with the Golden Mile, like Sunday family dinners, school shopping, or Saturday movies and we want to continue this into the future for our community members.
