The planning commission hearing #2 on the Mall rezoning question will be held on December 9th at 2 p.m. at the Municipal Annex (1st floor) at 140 West Patrick Street. The public is invited to attend. The discussion will concern the removal of certain conditions placed on the property during earlier transactions. In order to remove the conditions, a rezoning request had to be filed. If the conditions are removed, as requested, the zoning would remain the same — General Commercial.
