The Golden Mile Alliance 10th Anniversary – Mixer on the Mile is next week Wednesday, November 2, 2022 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Warehouse Cinemas.

Nymeo is hosting an educational virtual webinar on September 27, 2022 at 4:30pm. It will be geared toward first time home buyers and will go over the important things to know before buying a house. Our presenter is Luke Pelger who is with our financial wellness partner, GreenPath Financial Wellness. Luke will discuss how much a buyer can afford, how to shop and get approved for a loan and what it takes to close on a new home. The Golden Mile Alliance is supporting the Frederick Rescue Mission’s hosting of a “Golden Mile Giveaway” on Monday June 6 from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. The “Golden Mile Giveaway” will be in the parking lot by Warehouse Cinemas and The Home Depot, facing Md. 40. The Frederick Rescue Mission, the GMA and a number of other organizations will provide necessary goods, such as groceries, clothing and COVID-19 tests to those who need them.
