Tyler Tu and Tai La have been living in Middletown for about nine years and working in family-owned restaurants in Virginia and Washington.

They have opened Pho TNT, offering Vietnamese cuisine, noodles and grill, at 1003 W. Patrick St., in the Frederick County Square shopping center.    Read the full story…
